EVENT ROOM PRICING

Pricing for Parties
6 hours for ($599 Sunday - Friday and $799 on Saturday). The 6 hours include: 

  • 1 hour setup time
  • 4 hours of the actual event
  • 1 hour breakdown/cleanup time

 

Pricing for Meetings/Conferences/Seminars
4 hours minimum at $125/hour. This includes:

  • USA Party tables & chairs set-up
  • 4 hours of meeting time
  • USA Party tables & chairs clean-up

Optional add-ons

  • Extra hour setup time$100

  • Party Room After Normal hour (11:59 PM) $150
  • Linen rental - $10
  • Plate charger rental - $0.50
  • Back Drop Rental - $60
  • Fog Machine $50
  • Chiavari Chair Rental $4 per chair (subject to availability)
  • Coffee Service - $50 for 4 hours (up to 80 guests)
  • Water/Soda service - $30 for 4 hours (up to 80 guests)
