Please review the USA Party Store return policy in Marietta, GA before making your purchase. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied.
We gladly accept returns for exchange within 14 days of purchase, in the original unopened packaging and accompanied by your purchase receipt. The buyer pays the return shipping fee.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Wearables (costumes, tutus, gloves, stockings/tights/socks, hair pieces, wigs/hair extensions, bikini tops, shoe covers, shirts, pants, etc.)
- Cosmetics (prosthetics, facial hair, hairspray)
- Helium tanks and fuel burners
- Unpackaged inflatables (balloons, beach balls, etc. — anything orally inflatable)
- Cardboard standups
- Anything edible (candy, chocolate, etc.)
- Balloon weights
- Silly string
- Large decoration props
- Special effects machinery (fog machines, disco balls, strobe lights, etc.)
- UV and glow paint
- Flags
- Sky lanterns
- Oversized candy bowls and glasses
- Custom and personalized items (custom printing, custom keychains, photo standees, custom hand fans, and photo balloons)
- Any discounted or discontinued item
All balloon sales are FINAL — no returns or exchanges on balloons.
Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Accessories, Props & Seasonal Items
Accessories and props are returnable within seven days of the original purchase. All seasonal items must be returned no later than seven days before the holiday or special occasion.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@usapartystore.com and follow the return instructions below. Please request your exchange within 14 days of purchase. Once your return is authorized, complete the return slip below and place it in the shipping box with the product, and ship it back within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized, unused products in their unbroken seals and original packaging may be returned.

Return Shipping
The buyer pays the return shipping fee. Please insure the package for your protection. We cannot accept packages returned C.O.D. Approved exchanges are shipped within seven days of our receiving your returned package.
