Rental Rates
Each rental is a 6-hour block: 1 hour setup, 4 hours event, 1 hour cleanup.

Your rental of the Magnolia Event Room (1,500 sq ft) comes with:
Space & Seating
- Event room + warming kitchen (68 ft × 22 ft)
- Tables (round, rectangular, high-boy) and folding chairs, banquet seating for up to 120 guests
- A stage for the head table
- ADA accessible
- Ample front and back parking
Sound & Lighting
- 3 speakers with subwoofer and aux jacks for your phone, tablet, or DJ equipment
- Ceiling truss with sound-activated stage lighting effects
- Flat-screen TVs and DVD player
- LCD projector (HDMI / USB / AV) with built-in speaker
- Podium and wireless microphone

- Warming kitchen with refrigerator and microwave

Deposit & Payment
A $100 date-hold security deposit reserves your date and time. It can be applied toward your rental fee or party supply purchase when all accounts are settled and there are no contract infractions or damage.
The full rental fee and any unbilled extras are due on the day of your event. A credit card is required on file for incidentals.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) or in person with USA Party Store staff.
- 30+ days before the event: 50% of the security deposit is charged
- Less than 30 days before: the entire security deposit is forfeited
Event Hours & Overage
Events must end by 11:59 PM. Additional hours may be purchased based on availability.
A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past your scheduled end time — we recommend allowing 30–60 minutes for cleanup.
Cleanup
Renters are responsible for wiping and stacking tables/chairs, clearing trash to the rear dumpster, emptying the refrigerator, and removing all décor and personal items.
Failure to clean results in a $150 charge to the card on file.
Good to Know
Décor & Use Guidelines
- Renters and guests may not use ladders — USA Party staff handle any ladder work at your direction, with 2 weeks' written notice.
- No holes may be made in any wall. Damage requiring professional repair is charged to the card on file.
- No smoking inside the building.
- Youth functions (under 21) require adult chaperones over 21.
- Candles are allowed only in containers with the wick at least 2 inches below the rim.
- The back exit door must stay closed while amplified music is playing.
- Surveillance cameras are active for everyone's protection.
- All personal items and décor must be removed immediately after the event.
